Jet Smart Travel Services Ltd (JSTS) is a 100% nationally owned travel agency, proudly part of the NKW Group of companies. Our headquarters are situated in Lae, Morobe Province, but our services extend beyond Lae and Papua New Guinea (PNG), catering to a diverse range of clients.
Established in 2019, Jet Smart Travel Services was initially created as a travel division within the NKW Group to manage the travel needs of our large Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) workforce. Recognizing the demand for quality travel services, we expanded our offerings to external clients.
In 2020, Jet Smart Travel Services achieved accreditation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), marking a significant milestone in our journey. This accreditation underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
